Our Story
As an artisan coffee roasting company, our goal is to craft coffee that makes even the most difficult days a tad easier to get through. We specialize in wondrous micro lot beans from ethical and free trade farmers who have a passion for nurturing the growth of their coffee. Each small batch we source is roasted with care to develop complex flavors and bring out delicate clarity.
Our story is simple. When we thought of the best moments in our lives, they always included our favorite people...and great coffee. That became the motivation behind & Craft Coffee.

Single Origin, Curated Blends & Barrel X
We constantly source new small bean lots to ensure only the freshest green coffee beans are roasted upon order.
For the adventurous, our growing Barrel X program puts a new spin on coffee by aging green coffee beans in American oak barrels used for bourbon, whisky, and stouts. The barrels impart interesting aromas and flavors to the coffee upon roasting, but without the booze.
