This wet process coffee was sourced from the coffee growing region of Guji region in Ethiopia. The Shakiso farm consistently produces a spectacular crop of coffee. Sweet honey scents are bolstered by floral notes and a hint of butter cookie. The cup is balanced by subtle caramel, and well-defined peach and stone fruit flavors that carry through a long bright finish.
